Payment Method 付款方式
1. The above mentioned apartment rate is quoted in different currencies; please refer rates of your country exchange rate.
民宿用不同貨幣報價，可參看閣下的國家貨弊。
2. Once your booking has been confirmed, your booking is non refundable, but can transferable to other persons or other dates (subject to availability)
所有預訂的民宿客房，一經確認後，都必須保證全部入住，不可退款，但可以轉換其他人入住及更改入住日期，视乎當時情况而定。
3. 100% of apartment rate will be charged for cancellation, guarantee booking & no show prior to scheduled arrival
沒有按時入住，取消住宿或已難認客房，所繳付之民宿房費不會退回。
4. One Night/two nights/three nights pre-payment deposit for all bookings is required to be settled prior to guest arrival.
客入住前需繳付一晚、兩晚或三晚訂金以確認客房。
5. There will be a HOME STAY CONFIRMATION & NECESSARY INFO will send to your email after we receive your deposit.
我們收到客人訂金後，客房確認單及有關民宿資料會用電郵傳送到閣下的郵箱。ｂ

1. On Arrival Hong Kong Airport, for all guests fly into Hong Kong International Airport(HKG), please take the City Flyer Airport Bus A22 direct to Home
Stay Apartment and your host Akis Tan will pick you up from the bus stop No. 9 and escort you to the apartment. For those guests arriving from
Southern China, please catch a train to Hung Hom MTR Station , and then take a taxi to Home Stay Apartment.
旅客抵達香港國際機塲，請乘坐城巴機塲快線A22直達民宿，請在等9号站下車，民宿主人會在這站接你，若坐火車抵達的旅客，請於紅磡港鐵站下車，然後
乘坐的士前住民宿。
2. Arrival and departure Transfer can be arranged on request, guests need to pay extra transfer fee.
若客人需要來回程接送服務均可以安排，接送服務不包括在住宿費內。
